Not sure of the names of the 2 employees that were working last night but one had dark hair w/gold tinsel and the other had dark hair with pink, purple and blue in it. I understand working late shifts and the stress from orders, i also understand that customer service is supposed to be a priority. We waited in line for 25-30 minutes to get a cone & a tub of ice cream from the freezer while the 2 girls loudly complained about other co workers, the side work that had to be done,...read full review
