Got a large brisket tray with corn on the cob & Mac and cheese as sides, along with a half pound of pulled pork.
The consistency of both meats was as expected, tender and juicy for the most part. The fat was rendered well on the brisket and there was some smoke ring on it. Maybe because they use oak, but there wasn't much of a smoked flavor in either meats.
I do not mind simple seasoning but black pepper overpowered the pulled pork...

Fantastic bbq happened to be passing through and took a chance eating here and was not disappointed. I don’t normally leave reviews but omg it was so good and the employees were super friendly and funny

Jeff and these guys are legit.
I asked for the sandwich (moist) and the brisket was fantastic. The potato salad was delicious and cold. Perfect imitation of Texas style bbq. Sauce sweet and the spicy was not overpowering with a bit of tang. Will be back...best in Seattle area (and i've been searching).
