“Big personality small corner cafe in a walkable part of downtown. We stopped here for a late lunch small bite/snack. Hubs & I shared a fresh tasting turkey sandwhich with some skinny fries; our daughter and her BF shared a yummy grilled cheese with added tomato and spinach. It's a small space but they've made good use of it with a pastry case in the front and a bunch of happy plants/greenery in the large windows. Server was welcoming & helpful. Chef came out as we were leaving to say thanks for coming in. Left feeling good vibes!“

“I've been to this place multiple times foods mad decent. Venue is always sweet for the bands. I saw someone say a review about Tony being against gay people and that's absolutely a cap. A ton and I mean A TON of the punk bands he has playing there regularly have gay members. Tony is a super sweet dude check this place out and enjoy some pool!“
“Gone here twice now - both times very good food, good choices. They make their own root beer too which was great!! I had the cod sandwich and I loved that it can be grilled and not deep fat dried!! “Husband and I stopped in randomly on a very rainy mid-afternoon Monday. We were both craving a burger. Happened to show up when they had two chefs special burgers left available. We both thoroughly enjoyed the burgers! My husband said "this burger has ruined me for all others." We also got the fried cheese ravioli with marinara. Really delicious. Our server Amber was spot on. The chef was very personable too. Parking was easy.“
“I have been enjoying eating at Kate's for about 15 years or more now. Their food is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and their staff is friendly.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options, especially in the breakfast menu, I am a vegetarian and have tried them all. The staff is also very accommodating.Kid-friendliness: They welcome children, have boosters, highchairs, and even cute little reusable kid cups.“

“It’s been a while since I have been to a restaurant where the service was spot on like this was! I reserved a table online and mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and that we were hoping for a window table. They made that happen and we had an amazing view. Our waitress, Vanessa, went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. She even sang happy birthday with us! The food & drinks were delicious and service was always quick. Definitely will be coming back“
“Amazing place, pool tables are 75 cents per game & they have four tables available. Bartenders are friendly-ish but lack on recommendations for drinks when asked. A lot of older people here but the atmosphere is definitely positive. Pizza toppings and cheese fell right off our pizza when we picked it up, all the other food was super delicious and the chef is the nicest person you’ll meet there. Definitely would recommend.“
“I moved to the area about a year ago and have had the worst luck at meeting people or finding a place that I can have a drink alone and feel the right vibe. I stumbled upon Rockos because it’s close to home and I don’t know what it is exactly, but it became my instant favorite. I think it’s the bartender Terra honestly, she just has a great vibe about her, down to earth, prompt and courteous, obviously knows her stuff. Idk, it’s a welcoming place and I’ve met some pretty good people here. If you’re new to the area or haven’t checked this one out, i recommend. Thanks for being kind to me, and remembering my drink.“
“I was just passing through during a business trip and was looking for something very nearby the hotel. Saw this place and decided to walk over. Looked a bit sketch from the outside but went in and sat at the bar. I could tell after about 2 mins this was a locals place where everybody knew everybody so I felt like the stranger. Was no time and the people at the bar was striking up a conversation and talked my ears off for 2 hours, had a great time, food was good, drinks were good and will be back my next time around. Very friendly to the Georgia boy passing through.“

My personal favorite at the moment has to be the apple strudel pandora, and my girlfriend likes the banana bread foster. Generous portion sizes, decent prices, tasty food. “I had the hungry man breakfast, let me just say, after that I was not hungry any longer!The portion was great, taste was awesome and the price was fair.I ordered the French Toast option and when they brought it out to me, I was a bit upset because the dish only came with 2 small slices of bread. But as I was eating it, I quickly realized that I would not be able to eat it all. I got French Toast, bacon, sausage, eggs, hash brown and they didn't skimp on the hash brown! Love it!!“

“The food was very good. Me and my wife likes the atmosphere, very clean and the price was very affordable. Not much entree selection we were told by the cashier because they are short of staff. For $8.95 @ person you can not go wrong for a well balanced menu. You get a soup, entree, dinner roll, salad, dessert, drink (cold or hot) and condiments.“
“Biscuits and gravy were great, hot chocolate was decadent, and Hubs enjoyed his ribeye. The stuffed French toast wasn’t my favorite because the filling is cold which makes the dish on the cooler side than I’d want my French toast. It was quite busy early afternoon on a Sunday, but we were seated within a decent amount of time. Overall, I’d definitely go again.“
