“Stopped in and eyes were bigger than our stomachs, but thankfully Moonshine is open later than other BBQ restaurants on the Northside of Seattle. We started with Poutine w/Brisket and Fried Ribs, and then the Family meal of BBQ with Sweet Potatoe Fries and Colard Greens. Rounding it out we also ordered a side of Mac-n-Cheese and Fried Jalapeños (not on the menu, but you can order them).Everything was good, and we have enough leftovers for entire second meal. The Fried Ribs was my favorite, and the Colard Greems were next best (IMO). Staff was very friendly, and everything were ordered was brought to us quickly.“
“Coming from Wisconsin where bars and taverns are a way of life, to have found this establishment was what a guy 1800 miles from home could find! Has the feel of a small town local neighborhood bar! Although some of the food could have been better, the experience was nice. The house chips they make are not good and the burgers were better years ago.“

“Looooong wait to get seated (considering we came in at 1pm AFTER the lunch rush) and looooong wait to get served.I'd give Service a two-star but our server was very obviously feeling harassed (she said 5 people called in, probably because Monday was going to be a holiday) but she was still gracious, calm, and very apologetic.The food was good when it did arrive and the servings were huge.I got the "Limitless" shrimp and she gave me all six options to try (and an extra serving of what she said was the most popular one), even without me asking. A couple of these options are good - but the rest are just basically over-fried shrimps, btw.We got out full and satisfied but it was a 3-hour late lunch.“

“We went here for a family birthday dinner! The food was so good and portions are big. We didn’t have room for cheese cake but we all still shared a slice. The atmosphere was dark and calming. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for a busy Saturday night.“

“I was in Lynwood on other business and decided to check out the Alderwood Mall.Since it was lunchtime and I was hungry, my first stop was the food court!I found that the restaurant was Blazing Onion Burgers. I had never been to one, so I decided to eat there today.When I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a nice young lady and she explained that there were two seating areas. To the right was a dining area and patrons would place their order with her and then find a table to relax at in the dining area. Or, to the left was a lounge area that offered full service. I opted for the lounge area.When I entered the lounge area I received another friendly greeting from the bartender and asked for my drink choice and was presented with a menu. After looking over the menu, I chose the Texas Heat burger and the Spicy Cajun Fries.The burger was quite tasty and VERY juicy! I was supplied with a stack of paper napkins and I was very thankful for that because I needed almost all of themI was very disappointed with the Spicy Cajun Fries though . I have very particular tastes when it comes to fries. My fries have to be hot, crispy, and tasty. These fries were not hot nor were they crispy. They did have a nice flavor thanks to the seasoning used.I would probably return often if I didn't live an hour and a half away! I just wouldn't order the fries, especially when I noticed I wasn't the only one passing on them after trying one or two.“
“I was vague with the drinks I wanted lolI asked for things like "strong" and "fruity" and then asked for an espresso martini when they didn't really have the stuff for it, but the bartender made it with what they had and both drinks were awesome!?!?!!! Don't know how they did it but it suited my tastes perfectly, service is awesome, and atmosphere is comfortable.
