“Smash Burger is spectacular! They really get the umami balance of flavors here. It took a while to receive all the permits to get up and running (feel like forever) but we are soo happy to have them in Kenmore!

The website said “choose from either our five-course tasting menu or our regular menu”. We arrived for our 1:30 reservation, were seated late and then told only the brunch menu was available. :(“

“I stopped in for a last minute brunch and they were able to get me seated really quickly. I had the chicken fried steak and it was great! The warm bread while I waited was an unexpected, but nice surprise. You don’t see that a lot in the PNW. The service was excellent and very attentive. I will be back!“

Better than many seattle Italian restaurants. Very friendly service and they even seated us so we could watch the Mariners game. We have enjoyed many meals here since they opened several years ago but after last night we decided we would go more often.“

“I have eaten at Toulouse Petit many times. It is my husband and I's favorite spot. We have tried many items on the menus and have never walked away unsatisfied. The food is always amazing, the service is kind, and it’s just a place I love coming back to. If you’ve never been, you should definitely check it out. It’s one of Seattle’s best.“

Parking was a bit of a puzzle, but it wasn’t too tough. Since it was midday on Saturday, it was a bit crowded, but we managed to snag a table in no time. The food took about 10-15 minutes to arrive, but once it did, it was hot and ready to go. We ordered the gluten-free chicken and waffles, and every bite was fantastic. The chicken breast was lightly breaded and seasoned perfectly, with a flavorful and tender meat. The Belgian waffles were light and fluffy, and they complemented the chicken beautifully. This was definitely a great choice on a dreary Saturday. We’re already excited about our next breakfast and brunch trip here.“

“We decided to stop in for breakfast one day and have been back a couple times since - it's a solid place for a consistently good breakfast!

I have stuck with the basic egg/toast/home fries breakfast, but each time the eggs are cooked perfectly, and the home fries are some of the best i've had!

My dining companion has gotten the chicken fried steak and eggs and has thoroughly enjoyed that option, and really enjoys the fact that they offer rice and beans as one of their choices of sides with breakfast.

The folks (a couple?) who run the place are friendly and have very quick service - so i definitely recommend it!“

“When we lived nearby, my boyfriend and I used to go almost every week, and it’s the restaurant that we miss the most after moving. Their burgers are very good but the garlic pull-apart and the chicken wings are amazing! We also rarely got disappointed from the changing menu. Chili, chicken Parmesan, Cuban sandwich, lamb chop, tuna two ways, just to name a few memorable dishes. The consistency is pretty impressive. For the high quality of food, it’s also very reasonably priced!“

“I haven’t been to this ale house in many years. The wife used to come up here a lot before we met when she lived in the neighborhood. The English pub feel was great. Very homey with great friendly staff. The food was a very good. The salmon was moist and flaky with amazing flavors. The Root Beer was smooth and sweet just there was I like it. I would come back here again soon next time we are in the neighborhood.“

And I can't remember the bartenders name but he was on point with his drinks, recommendations and service. Now the food. I had the black cod and it was perfect and I mean perfect. Was the plate perfect in my opinion no as I asked for some extra veggies. This was my second time there and they don't miss everything I've had has been a home run and the service is top shelf. “Nice, casual brewery has great food to accompany your beer. I really enjoyed the fish and chips - two pieces of cod with nicely done fries - $20. The fish is beer battered. You pick up your food from a truck parked out front; they give you a buzzer so you know when your food is ready. I don't normally drink near beer, but I didn't want to drink at lunch - and Reuben's NA beer pleasantly surprised me. It was really good!
