DE-LIC-IOUS, fulfilling and nutritious!After several trips to Seattle in Summer 2023 we were starting to think we just might not find any good food spots anymore.What a delight to run into the Bounty Kitchen. We both ordered the "Not so fried" chicken salad, with a side of avocado toast to share, plus a cookie for later.We're pretty sure the owner took our order. Lovely bright location with plenty of space between the tables, nice leaded-glass decor with a Danish feel.The braised beef bowl was brimming with umami flavor and had plenty of fresh greens.Our host, cashier, and server LJ was so perfect, elevating the experience, describing every dish to us, and dropping by the table to remind us that the staff bus the tables and we didn't have to.
