As a transplant from Birmingham, Alabama, I have been looking for good barbecue since we have moved here, only to be disappointed and I am glad that we found this place. The brisket was buttery tender. The smoke was impeccable. You don’t really need sauce because the meat is smoked to perfection. The cowboy caviar was on point, the baked beans were great. Good eating. Authentic. Tender and tasty brisket w/sauce. The potato salad and bbq beans are absolutely delicious - different from all I've ever had. I'll definitely visit again.
