“Fantastic food, and well worth the reasonable wait to get it!! It's a good sign when a little restaurant like this is packed to the gills! There is walk up and drive up service; they have a wonderful system of taking orders while you are in line in your vehicle to keep things running smoothly! We visited on a hot day, and all the food temps were perfect-my salad and dressing was ice cold; hot food was plenty hot, and the staff is super friendly and efficient!! We are considering this our go-to restaurant when we have a Mountain Loop highway day trip planned again, or are in the area for any reason😀🫶Prices are very fair; they have a kids menu, a meatless burger plus salads and some sides that could work for those who are interested in meatless food-parking is pretty limited there, but people were making it work!“

“I had the nachos appetizer. Comes on a small cookie sheet. Enough for two or more people. I also had the cheesecake, very good not to sweet. I wanted to give a special shout out to my server Marrisa. I asked if I could get the Mudd put without almonds, which she said she would check. She came back and told me they were added last so could be removed from the order. I said great I would have that. She returned after a few minutes and said she had checked their allergy information and one of the ingredients contains tree nuts. I promptly changed my order to cheesecake. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to check the allergy warns. That could have caused me issues.“

I’ve moved away so I do not frequent it much, but I stopped in the other day and the atmosphere is still the same, the staff is a bit different as in “not the same people working there *it’s been over 7 years*” Still love this place nonetheless! “I love the amazing staff and the food and drinks are very good. I don’t drink beer so their enormous tap list is lost on me, but they have enough wine and cocktails to compensate. We had the margherita pizza and filet mignon and both were wonderful. The pizza was made fresh to order, in the Italian style complete with dough handling (read: spinning it up in the air). I also tried the pink rose cocktail, which was a delightful complement to the meal. The location is fantastic, right next to the water with plenty of parking. I especially enjoyed sitting outside by the fireplace, creating a cozy and scenic atmosphere. The servers were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. “We visit about every 3 months and are from out of town. This has been a definite stop every time we've come to this area. Same great place great atmosphere great staff... the servings are about 50% of what they used to be though. My fish and chips was more of an appetizer than it was a meal. My wife's shrimp Louie salad was exactly that shrimpy; I am full of spinach salad a handful of shrimp graced with a half an egg in one cherry tomato. The quality of the food is excellent as always, but if you're looking for a hearty meal it's definitely not what it used to be. Another victim of the pandemic and the economy!“

The nights having pool league are busy, if your not going to shoot pool, I would find out beforehand to avoid a crowd. The bathroom was up to par, and kept up.“

FYI If you are picking up an online order, just know the time they say your order will be ready isn't a set time. I have waited 10-20 minutes in the restaurant after the pick up time waiting for my food (and the restaurant wasn't even busy).“
