1st time ordered sandwich with no tomatoes and got them anyways. Grrr everyother time perfect.
Great staff. Great atmosphere really surprised they don't take cash tips. I like to be able to give a tip for service. You need to change your policy...

Jimmy John's is a great spot for a tasty sandwich. The Tuscan Italian, pesto pasta salad, and potato salad are worth a try. The wheat bread is fresh and soft, even better than the white bread. The staff is friendly and prices are a bit high, but the food is so delicious it's hard to resist. The Turkey Tom sandwich is a must-try, and the service is quick even during busy times.
