I am beyond disappointed in Jimmy John's service. We ordered a large number of sandwiches ( over 100) a week in advance for a softball picnic and paid for them in advance. The day of, with ten minutes notice before pickup time, we received word they "ran out of bread" and couldn't fulfill our order. We had 100 people we were expected to feed. After punting and solving our problem, when getting a refund back, they acted like it was no big deal that they not only didn't fulfill the transaction they already took the money for, but communicated it with little time to correct it, and then acted like it was no big deal 6 days after when getting a refund. Do better. Be better. Never again will I go there and will let everyone know.

Haven't been to a JJ in years. I like to stop for a sandwich after cold plunging in the Sound. JJ is usually closed so I have been going to Subway. It was open tonight, and apparently they changed their hours to closing at 9pm. I ordered the Tuscan Italian, pesto pasta salad and potato salad to try and added salt and vinegar chips. The pasta and potato salad is not bad. Not the best I ever had but I would order it again.

Stopped in for a sandwich. Honestly, I’m generally not a fan of Jimmy John’s but I didn’t want Subway, so I found my way in here. They were totally slammed with a bunch of ordered and ran out of their normal bread, so only wheat was available. Fine by me, so I ordered a sandwich with wheat (never had it before). I have to say, I was really impressed with the sandwich! The bread was fresh and soft, I think way better than the normal white bread. As busy as they were, my order was ready quickly and was accurate. I work just up the hill and I’d definitely be happy to return to this Jimmy John’s in the future.

I used to loved this location, but recently they've been failing to provide good service they used to. Slow and frequent chatting every time I'd come down. Today is a good example. Waited longer than normal, not even busy @ 1:30pm. I order the same sandwich all the time (#9 Italian) and missed to add vinegar and oregano-basil. Not good.

Odered food on the app, the food said it was delivered after an hour. The food never came. If I could give negative stars I would because it cost me $20 for nothing.

Absolutely poor service, every employee seems so distracted and confused when asked a question. The "order taker" Jordan clearly needs some more training on the cash register. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Every sandwich was rock hard like they were made 4 days prior and left out

Prices are steep, but it's so dang good that I can't resist. The staff(Blake?)is very friendly and I look forward to our brief conversations, not to mention the giant Turkey Tom that I get every time.

Manager lets her own child decontaminate and spread saliva on the fountain drink dispenser and wipe all the counters and glass with his filthy fingers and when I watched digusted that the patent in the store didn't correct him I walked out but decided to come back and be brave confronted this situation she made excuses that alot of children do this and that when they have time to they eventually sanitize this area. But her husband and other child were in the store and could've have managed the older child's behavior and he was ignoring and on his phone. You just lost a huge customer in we order $4000k for school functions a couple times a year due to this women's excuses and poor management. Grooooosss! ?
