Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). Night Manager was rude, fries were cold and under cooked. Don’t go in after 1800.
Nathan J. Has been giving 8 years of excellent service. Was very busy on a hot day. But the place was spotlessly clean and I got immediate service. The gentleman that served me was polite, courteous, professional and chatted with me to make sure that he got my order right and I have to say that this is the best blizzard I have had in years. I am very impressed. Lots of goodies, lightly mixed as requested. Satisfied even with $8 ice cream. Worth it! Good job.
