McDonald's in Everett

“I was extremely thirsty pulled off of I-5 at the 194th Street exit To purchase a tasty beverage called a dirty Dr. Pepper. And oh my goodness it was amazing!

I highly recommend this location. However, just a few miles north you will find a town called Tulalip which has another McDonald's and it is much cleaner, has handicap parking, and is located in an amazing atmosphere. The food is quite incredible and not an economical price. The golden arches fail to please.“

“Good is usually good but they do me up your order quite a bit at this location. Service is HORRIBLE. When I needed to pay for my food, (cause if you pay with cash you have to take your ticket after using there machine to order to cashier to finish your order so it actually is on there screen to make it) they literally will look at you when your waiting by cashier to pay for your order and when I tell them that I need to pay they don't tell any one one second or I'll be with you shortly as a courteous to the customers. They just ignore you until customers start getting upset and start to get loud then they act like your being out of line or rude. So customer service is a 2 star from me. And I wear a back pack for work because I talked the bus or take a lime scooter so when I need to use the restroom I get looked at and judged like I'm going to use there bathroom to smoke.“

“My daughter has had consistently wonderful experiences at McDonald’s, making it her go-to spot any day, any time. She loves the food, the convenience, and the familiarity, and even with the occasional bit of tardiness in service, it still remains one of her absolute favorite places to stop for a meal.

One of the biggest highlights for us has been the rewards program. The points accumulate quickly and have truly been a lifesaver on days when money is tight or she just wants a treat without spending much. Being able to redeem those points for meals or snacks has made a huge difference — it’s a thoughtful system that really supports loyal customers.

Overall, McDonald’s continues to deliver a reliable, enjoyable experience for my daughter. Between the friendly staff, the comfort food she loves, and the valuable rewards program, it’s a place we return to with confidence and appreciation.“

“The drive thru guy was super friendly & very patient!! Those of us with children know that drive thru experiences can be overwhelming, traumatic, even!!! Lol, jk.... kind of.... but anyway, he did a great job catering to our ever changing order!! You rock, drive-thru guy!!! MANY KUDOS!!!! (SORRY, I Didn't catch this young lad's name)“

“It was actually pretty good this time. The only issue was the french fries were pretty salty. However they were kind enough to swap out one of our sodas for a milk. We had used the mobile app and it said they were out of milk. And then we pulled up to the last window we saw some milk through the window. And they said they had just restocked it so he went ahead and gave us the milk. Very super friendly and kind.“
