McDonald's in Kirkland

“While I have had not good experiences here in the past, my two recent ones were very good both in service and quality

I need to go in the restaurant to order and pickup because my van doesn’t fit through the drive thru height which limits hours I can eat here which is frustrating, in the past I would time my arrival to access the restaurant, after placing an order no staff was available or present in around the counter area to hand over orders from the kiosk or app, one time I walked into the back finally to find someone and Im a pretty patient person.

Anyway, I have been happy to see an improvement here, hopefully it continues“

“I don't understand these bad reviews! First off, I don't eat McDonald's or fast food in general but this is one of my autistic sons staples! Besides this I have never encountered 1 rude employee! They must love their job and treated well cuz it's not fake! I've worked retail my entire life! This is by far the BEST McDonald's I've been to regarding customer service! Something to be said for this young generation and being respected ever time you go there! Management is doing something right?“

Ice dispenser.niw there are some decorative foliage which is Brite
It was pleasant and didn't cost me tons of money . Ill go back

“this is my #1 spot for snacks when i’m crunk or after work when i want a happy meal, and they are always fast, accurate, very nice and the lady on the speaker pronounces my name correctly!! your employee ella is very very nice and complimented my glasses :) all in all, it’s a mcdonald’s lmao, but as far as mcdonald’s go this one is pretty great“
