“I don't understand these bad reviews! First off, I don't eat McDonald's or fast food in general but this is one of my autistic sons staples! Besides this I have never encountered 1 rude employee! They must love their job and treated well cuz it's not fake! I've worked retail my entire life! This is by far the BEST McDonald's I've been to regarding customer service! Something to be said for this young generation and being respected ever time you go there! Management is doing something right?“
“This is a very good McDonald’s location. I had to make a few adjustments to my order and a special request. The staff accommodated my request seamlessly and were very courteous and helpful. The food met my expectations, I will order from here again.“
“this is my #1 spot for snacks when i’m crunk or after work when i want a happy meal, and they are always fast, accurate, very nice and the lady on the speaker pronounces my name correctly!! your employee ella is very very nice and complimented my glasses :) all in all, it’s a mcdonald’s lmao, but as far as mcdonald’s go this one is pretty great“
“I always thought McDonald’s staff weren’t very friendly and that the service was often disappointing. But James changed my opinion. He always has a great voice, a positive attitude, and provides excellent customer service. Every time I visit the Kirkland location, he makes the experience enjoyable. Employees like James make a real difference. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves a promotion or something similar. Thank you(Tuesday night, around 10 PM)“
