“Considering it's location between the rock of mass shootings (Safeway) & the hard place, the newly inaugurated apartment building with the most shooting in 2023, Seattles, The Polaris.MacDonald's is an oasis. A don't shoot my child zone and the food exactly what you ordered 4,000 miles away in some nonenglish speaking country which knew how to made a Big Mac with extra cheese just the way you love it.So you hang in there Micky Dee's. “Very busy location. Crew is probably one of the best in area for customer service. Always pretty quick service. “This is a really kind and compassionate McDonalds that is always under a lot of stress and traffic, and is really good at handling both drive through and bring to car orders (I haven’t dined in). “This is a great location in a great neighborhood. They always are friendly, restaurant is clean, and I never have any difficulties with guests or staff. I always order my food with something custom like extra pickles or extra cheese so that I be sure to get a fresh sandwich.“

“I visit this location almost every day for coffee and or breakfast for my co-workers. Staff is fast, friendly and has always addressed issues I had with ease. The most impressive thing even when the drive-thru is clogged with cars going out to the road, and they're super busy, they still manage to clear it out in under 5 minutes. Probably the best location in the Seattle area.“
“The employees here are awesome and funny. It's McDonald's so you know how the food is there. I put five stars for atmosphere because although there are a lot of homeless hanging around most of them are harmless and some are polite and interesting.“
“Best McDonald's I've been to since moving to Seattle 6yrs ago. Drive through..voice was clear and polite... accomodated a special order for soda water yes.. super super super polite server (sorry missed your name) handed me my meal. Checked I had everything and even made eye contact and smiled and said thank you... WOW.. and... Fries were super fresh and hot and it is the first quarter pounder ever here that was not falling apart. Perfectly layered..no side burger action... no grease on top. Bonza! Great work guys.“
“The food is... well.. it's McDonald's.. it's nothing if not consistent. What stood out to me was an employee. First off, you can definitely tell by the design that they want you to use the self service kiosk. They only have one register at the counter and you physically can't even see the employees. But there was a younger guy there. Gray shirt. Really nice kid. Very helpful. More so than I am used to at a fast food place.“
“I needed a special treat for my dog at midnight. I asked if they could make 6 beef patties. The person who took my order assumed it was for a dog, and that made me happy. He offered to make them with no salt or onions, as to be safe for dogs.Well, unfortunately, they were accidentally seasoned, but a quick rinse under water solved that. Can't blame them for such an easy mistake. I was very pleased overall and was happy that they were thinking of my best interest when making a special request. Thank you.Also, the staff seemed happy. Joking around but on task. It's nice to see fellow minimum wage workers looking decently happy in the moment. Either a good team or good management, or both. Not every day you see McDonald's employees looking happy for a moment or two.“
