McDonald's in Seattle

“This is a decent McDonald’s restaurant right in front of the Space Needle. Good spot for grabbing a quick meal before setting off on your day. There are self serve kiosks as you’d expect and also some regular cashier counters. A large dining area and relatively clean washrooms on site make this a well rounded location!“

“I just wanna shoutout Ken and the rest of the Sea-Tac McDonald’s crew for consistently showing up day in and day out serving me the best McGriddles every single time for years. This is the cleanest, friendliest, and quickest McDonald’s by far (The Blaine, WA McDonald’s is not far behind IYKYK) and I’m lovin’ it. Again shoutout to the crew, I don’t know how y’all deal with the airport crowd day in and day out but I genuinely look forward to hitting up this McDonald’s as part of my air travel routine. “I mean it's basically what you would expect from a Southside McDonald's. Bonus is that the drive-thru is open 24 hours, very few places in Seattle have any sort of late hours for food. It's definitely the type of place where I would hit the dispensary and this spot in the same night. Wholly unremarkable aside from its testament and living sculpture dedicated to the American capitalistic way of life. But damn those fries are good.“

“Food is good just like at any Franchised McDonald's. I came in to see if I can get one of those limited time offer Big Arch Burgers, and this location is one of the few locations still offering the Big Arch Burger!
The sit in dining area is clean and well maintained along with the bathrooms. Not crowded but still a good flow if customers coming in and out, so the noise level can get kind of high.
The service was lacking though. It felt like the store was under staffed. There was hardly anyone servicing the front counter and you had to order everything off the automated kiosk, but if you need help or need to use the restroom because it was locked you have to wait for an employee to come out of the back kitchen to get any service, which took awhile.
If they hired a dedicated employee that could staff the front register like the good old days this location would get high marks. But unfortunately everything is being automated and human to human interaction will be a thing of the pass.“

“Notice I had a little issue I don’t wanna get into details. But the manager was quick to take care of the issue. I really appreciate his customer service .
I will continue to come to this restaurant.
Because he did not hesitate at all / straight to the point.“

“This is by far the best McDonald’s location in this area. The fries here are ALWAYS fresh, hot, crispy, and salted to perfection. Of the many times throughout the past school quarters I stop by here, the fries have never let me down once. The nuggets were a bit more inconsistent in the past, but recently they’ve been very hot and juicy. Most McDonald locations have similar tasting sandwiches, it’s always the fries that differentiate the locations and this location has the best fries by far.“

“I love this McDonald’s because all of the employees are so kind
/helpful and on top of things. I appreciate how the iced coffee is consistently strong. My only complaint is that the last 3 times I’ve ordered a biscuit it is so stale and crunchy that I couldn’t even eat it. The first time I thought it was a random slip-up but after the 3rd time I just decided I won’t order biscuits anymore. At other locations I don’t have this issue. Maybe you guys could store them in an airtight container so they don’t get stale?“

“I go out of my way to come to this location since the one at 900 Holman couldn't give a rats @$$ & over charge me by adding a cup charge! It's literally like 4 minutes from me but I'll drive an extra 6 mins to avoid toxic employees at the other location.
They're always friendly & fast.

“my family and i were STARVING and this mcdonald’s made our big $60 worth of food real quick! i ordered to pick up at the counter to ensure that everything was in the bag, and it was accurately counted for. the guy up front even helped me make sure everything was in there. from the sauces to the extra utensils, everything was put in neatly and nicely in just a few minutes… now THATS fast food. i’ve never had an issue with this location and i appreciate that. shout out to the workers who were working their butt off this sunday, weekends are the worse and they handled the rushes like a champ!“

“Great place for quick bite but also you do need to ask at the front counter to push button allow you to use the restroom's which is good for customers to be limited and not so trashed by the homeless community. But can say that everything was nice and clean and the staff was very attentive to us and our needs by coming by our table to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything else! “I went inside around 8:30pm only two kiosk to order from got our food pretty fast the only thing I really noticed was our drinks were not filled up all the way at least two finger links from the rim but besides that our food was hot and delicious“

“I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s regularly, and the service is consistently top-notch. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about getting your order right. What really stands out is the efficiency - no matter how busy it gets, they keep things moving quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s one of the few locations where you can count on a smooth, positive experience every time. Definitely one of the better-run spots in the area.“

“Appreciating my brief stop for McD fries and cheese quarter-pounder deluxe, my typical order. This location had major renovation/ rebuild a year+ ago, and I like how it feels. I sit at the window seats with the counter facing the setting sun. The order kiosk works well, including request for a lighter serving of mayo on the burger, and food arrives magically: thanks, staff! Plus the packaging is of biodegradable materials... when I open it, the burger is nestled with fresh extra lettuces around it: looked nice. The restaurant was comfortable and clean, with a good layout offering a few zones.“

“We are very surprised to find that our order is prepared perfectly! The fries are just fresh and right! The quarter beef burger is so juicy and tasty—— we are from Vancouver and this meal is impressive! Also the lady at the counter is very nice too!“

“Homeless back hanging out. They got ice no cream, you have to eat fries in the drive-thru. If not they will be cold and Nasty. Something ain't right about them fries. The Burgers aint hot and juicy nomore. What os going on guy's really?? ? ?
