McDonald's is a restaurant with a location that has a south entrance, but the driveway may not be well-marked. The speed of transactions is quick, but the one-on-one customer service interactions are described as unfriendly and lacking. The management has a high turnover rate, and employees may not receive sufficient training for positive customer service. However, the food is often hot and fresh, and the fries are delicious, though they can be a bit salty. Despite some issues with waiting times and order accuracy, the restaurant generally provides a satisfactory dining experience.
