I came here about a week ago, I got a simple #7 no pickle with a 20-piece nugget. I got charged correctly, and I drove home and opened my bag to see that I was only given a 10-piece nugget! I called in and talked to one of the managers who was amazing and understood my annoyance of mistaking my order. Unfortunately, I was not offered a refund of the item or a solution. Just was offered a Free 20 piece nugget.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The drive through has not once gotten my meal to me without having to wait 15min out front. Person at the window is awful and rude, management said the drive through regularly just sends people to the front to get there food so they can "meet the time quota McDonald's requires" worst McDonald's around.

It's McDonald's. Not much more to say. Entrance to the spot is on the south end of the property. The driveway isn't well marked so be aware as you drive there heading south from Everett.

Never go here i Ordered a simple chicken Nugget meal and the fries tasted like Spit and i had to keep repeating myself when ordering. the chicken nuggets taste like cardboard. My Dr pepper tastes like Soap from a mop

The flow time for transactions is very speedy considering the abundance of customer's that choose this location but the one on one customer service interactions are poorly executed and not very friendly.customer service does not exist here thats been my experience when I'm working my second job at night on the Doordash platform. Management has high turnover rate and seems the employees aren't given training to provide a positive customer service experience. Just my opinion but it's probably the over populated area that keeps the store very very busy so they don't focus on customer service to be a priority. Just my opinion.

Was in drive thru, ordered a strawberry pie. They weren't made yet, so after confirming I was happy to three minutes for the strawberry pie to be done, they shoved an apple pie in my bag and sent me on my way. I don't give two hoots about your drive thru times, I deserve the food I ordered and paid for.
Kids love the French fries and nuggets, hard to compete.

So sick of being asked to park out front from drive-thru when I’ve only ordered 2 hamburgers. They are blatantly trying to manipulate their drive-thru times. Just sick of it. The time scores are there to promote fast service but instead they are just losing customers over it. MCDonalds Corporation should consider pulling this franchise from the owner and allowing a better operator to purchase.
