So, this is THE Mexican restaurant to try while in Everett! Mazatlan is off the corner of Pacific and Rucker. There's free parking under the building on Grand Ave. I've eaten here three times now and tried a variety of dishes. I'm eating the enchiladas pollo grande today. I'm sure it will be great. I ate Pollo Rancheros yesterday. Probably the best I've eaten anywhere. Then chips and salsa are great too. The salsa is fresh daily and has a real smokey flavor.
First time visitor here and I was quite impressed with the food and the service. Very attentive server, but not the overbearing type that stops by to ask in the middle of the bite-taking process all the time.Food was delicious, fresh and just the right amount for a lunch size.
