This is one of my most favorite places to go for coffee. It's in a beautifully restored historic building with wood floors and an art deco sense. Comfy chairs abound to relax and visit. And watch the water. It is by itself for now but soon will be surrounded by a new development. If you're near Everett give it a visit.
This is a very interesting place full of history. It's awesome that they saved this historical building and turned it into a great place to meet for coffee or drinks. Highly recommend going. Lots of QR codes with great information about the building as well!

The atmosphere was wonderful, the seating was comfortable, the service was polite & hospitable. The beverage I enjoyed was The Dark Walnut. The prices are high, but you're definitely getting what you pay for. Great spot to watch the sunset too.
