Historical speakeasy?? Sign me up. Service was slow, but better last time I went . It’s new and the place is awesome. Very small plates.. Don’t go there hungry.

We popped in for drinks but the bar didn't open until 4, but they still offered whiskey and mimosa tastings. Of course we partook and were not disappointed. The mimosa selections were delish. The atmosphere was quaint and the view from the deck was beautiful. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

Friendly staff. Easy parking. Great location on the water. Sort of hard to find, when you come up to scuttlebutt don't turn right at the stop sign, just go straight. Beautiful building. You can rent out the upstairs for private events (up to 70 people if I'm remembering correctly). Lots of different rooms in the main part of the building to hang out in. Reservations required for bar. Coffee served before 4pm.

This was our first time here. The good was the view (beautiful Puget Sound and Olympic mountain range) and the historical setting (Old Weyerhaeuser Building). However, the drinks (we had the whiskey flight) were WAY overpriced and you do not get much. When the bartender said you get a taste of each whiskey, she literally meant a taste ?. The flight was $25 plus tip. You can get an entire bottle of, say, Proper 12, for the same price. I know I know, you are paying for the service and the experience, but still, that hurt a bit. We were there around 2pm. The bar does not open until 4pm, but they do serve a handful of alcoholic drinks and coffee. When you walk into the front entrance, you immediately see the day bar. This is where you place your order, pay, and pick it up. Then you choose wherever you would like to sit. We chose to sit on their back deck area since it was such a beautiful day. You can also choose to sit in one of the several different rooms, each with their own unique aesthetic. We also peeped the night bar, which is in the neighboring room to the day bar area. I was expecting the interior to be a bit bigger or open. It is pretty small. They do have little plaques and pictures where you can read some historical information about the building. Overall, I was underwhelmed with the place. From what I had heard, I was expecting a more upscale, classy place with an historical flair and uniquely curated cocktails. Maybe we should have come for the nighttime service, but I expect it’s not much different. I think they are onto something and the bar has potential, but they need to lean into it a little more, in my opinion. If you go, plan to spend at least $25/cocktail. They also do not have a food menu, and they do not have servers.

It was a bit dark...and was sitting in a room with a very cuddly couple.. I felt like we were in their space. It would be great if you were in a group of 4... but not 2 different groups of 2. No private conversations here. Lol the food and drinks were delicious, though, and I would definitely suggest the charcuterie board.

My wife and I went in for a drink and to check the place out based on recommendations. We walked in - Friday night - and wanted to get seated in the bar. The hosted did not even say 'hi' or 'welcome in' - just - 'do you have a reservation'. Did not know we needed one. She said bar was full. She then just said to follow her and she sat us in front of fireplace. Well - to spend $20 dollars for a drink to sit in a coffee shop atmosphere with no ambiance and bright lights - very dissappointing! For the price we paid for two drinks with coffee shop atmosphere - we should have gone to Bluewater! Maybe the bar is cool - do not know - but our first experience - not great. Next time Bluewater!

Our reservations were for 2 at 4:00 pm when the “speakeasy” opened. We were seated at the bar. It appeared that there was only one bartender working, a temp and the serving staff were helping him, and the place was slammed. So they were understaffed behind the bar. The service suffered because of this. We ordered the charcuterie board and salmon bites. The board was mediocre. The salmon bites were dry, bland, and not good. My cocktail was the Rockefeller. It smelled off and was terrible. I put it on the barmat 1/2 full and they took it without comment. I stuck to 2 shots and a beer after that and they were fine. We expect better paying over $200 for cocktails and bites. I hope they start doing better, it would be good for Everett.

Stopped in on my walk and got a latte and they burnt the milk so I returned it and they remade it at kids temperature and it has that grizzly aftertaste to it. Will not buy another coffee from here.

Amazing space well suited to either the coffee or cocktail times of the day. I visited in the morning for a coffee and breakfast and was met with excellent service and an excellent cup of coffee. The size of the food was a little small for the price but the flavor was good. I'd love the chance to go back for breakfast or for drinks (or both...).Vegetarian options: Vegetarian breakfast burrito available along with a number of pastry options.Parking: There are a lot of publicly available spots around the marina. There were about 10 spots right next to The MuseWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp to entrance.

What a speakeasy spot! Super cool atmosphere and handcrafted cocktails. We got the bone marrow and it was tasty. Didn’t realize we needed a reservation, but they slipped us in at the bar before they closed!!Parking: It was tricky to find driving in the dark through the gravel; but once we were there, there is plenty of parking everywhere.
