not friendly poor management (Daniel) 12/10/22 lobby was open and wasn't busy
restrooms closed for no reason management (Daniel) wouldn't even address this issue thankfully it was just myself and my daughter wasn't the one that needed the bathroom

McDonald's offers a decent service, providing a typical fast food experience with fresh and hot food. It is kid-friendly, offering a variety of kids' meals. Many staff members, including Tre Tre, Sunny, and another friendly gentleman, provide amazing customer service, making customers feel like they are in a fine dining restaurant. The inside is always clean, and the employees are cordial and attentive. However, the app can take some time to process orders, and the restaurant can get busy. Customers sometimes experience issues with specific orders, such as missing cheese or mayo, or fries that are not always fresh or slightly cold, often noticed only after getting home. The restaurant's hours don’t always match the posted times, sometimes closing early, which can cause inconvenience. Limited seating and parking space may make it difficult to find a spot during busy times. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience, especially due to the friendly staff and good food, remains positive.
