Just ordered a small pumpkin spice latte this afternoon, the two guys working seemed busy in their own conversation. That’s fine I guess, but when I got a plain latte and went back to get it fixed, couldn’t even get a “sorry about that”. Basic customer service guys, I shouldn’t be feeling like I inconvenienced you when you made the wrong coffee.
So looks like the shop got a make over but man the new employees don’t know what they sre doing! I stood there for 5 mins trying to figure out if they were still taking orders. We ordered 3 drinks.. one cup was cracked and the Frappuccino was oozing out on our drive home (didn’t realize it was cracked earlier since it’s a frap)The matcha latte tasted bad and inconsistent with all the Starbucks we’ve been to. Total disappointment
