Starbucks in Shoreline

“The staff at this Starbucks are always so kind and have great energy! Every time I am there, I hear them address regular customers by name, which tells me that they consistently give people a good experience and take time to get to know their regulars. They’re always playing good music, too, which I appreciate. It’s always upbeat but calmer music so it’s not distracting and fosters a mellow environment. Even though there’s no drive thru, I always choose this Starbucks because I know I’ll be treated well while here. The drinks are also always on point!“

“My kids love getting Starbucks as a special treat. One of them picked out the tropical butterfly refresher, but when we picked up our mobile order it was served in a paper cup. I get that maybe this is a more eco friendly choice, but it kind of ruins the marketing of this colorful ombre drink, which was half the reason my kid picked it. It should be served the way it is advertised online. Little disappointing, but they said it tasted good anyways. Really hope they serve the colorful drinks in plastic cups in the future.

Other than that, we have always been happy with our service here. Good drinks and friendly staff.“

“I just simply have to share what an extremely pleasant barista EM is!! So kind, helpful, friendly and went beyond the extra mile to make our experience top notch! Our java chip frappe, matcha latte and pumpkin cream cheese muffin tasted EXTRA yummy, all due to EM's "above and beyond" efforts!!“

“The Baristas are happy to be working and the coffee is reliable. They seem to rotate the staff alot at the grocery locations but I have never met anyone unpleasant. The grocery locations have very limited snacks and the display desserts just look dry & Tired so I'm sure they sell very little but unless you order plain drip coffee most people are spending $4-5 for specialty drinks so it still has to be banging business, I wish I owned a Starbucks!“
