Very unpredictable when the lobby will close. I order for mobile pick up and then sometimes I can walk into the lobby when it is open and at other times, the lobby is closed with a sign up front and I have no choice but to wait in the drive thru line and risk running late to work (because all is now in the drive thru line, a 10+ minute wait and 3 cars in front of me for this 10+ minute wait) or forfeit the order I placed.
Every single time I come to get drip coffee here, they either “run out” or the machine is broken. Very poor service.EDIT: machine has finally been fixed, but coffee still comes out weak at times.
