The Barista’s are so nice and I am so thankful that they’re willing to work during the COVID-19 so I can get my daily fix
lack of customer service, communication within themselves, inside orders taking priority over mobile orders? 2 days in a row first time customer at this starbucks. they do not have it together. If they think they do, they are terrible at their job.
Let me add that after the 1st day I called and brought it to their attention. They apologized, wrote down the issue and my name and said to return next day for meal on them. Went in, they had no record of my call. I still was waiting...read full review
