From the moment I walked in, she greets my daughter Charlotte and I with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She handled my order flawlessly, ensuring every detail was just right. Her professionalism, speed, and kindness truly set her apart. My daughter only wants to buy drinks from her. You can tell she cares about both the quality of the drinks and the customers she serves. Nia’s positive attitude makes our visits memorable, and we definitely will be returning because of her exceptional service! She deserves a raise, thank you NIA!“

“My Dr lost a bet with me so he had to buy me a coffee. He ordered it on his phone app and sent me on my way. I knew the coffee would probably be half melted by that time I got there but the Starbucks people here were absolutely wonderful. They remade my coffee for me and added one extra pump because my doctor thought two would be enough but it normally takes four lol I knew I wouldn’t want all four but I knew tea would be too little. Thank you for the great service.“

“I’ve never had the Starbucks here before, and I’ll say that I’ll probably be coming back. The barista behind the counter was very nice and made good conversation, even with other customers. She also made my drink really fast and it tasted pretty good. Didn’t catch her name but she has brown curly hair and light colored eyes.“

“This is the best one in Tacoma. I have been to almost every single one in Tacoma and this location is managed the best. Attentive and pleasant staff, always clean (including restrooms). The staff here work very hard to make sure all customers are satisfied. Other locations could learn a thing or two from this one.“

“My daughter order her usual drink online but somehow went wrong, we got there and as soon as she tried/tasted it, knew that it was not the usual, we say this to the guy there (sorry but don’t remember the name) and he was super nice and understanding and made a new one for my daughter. No questions just an exceptional service is what we got!“
