To the lady on the drive thru headset, how hard is to say “good morning, what can I get started for you today?” Most normal folks don’t come to Starbucks to have a chat with a stranger via intercom.
I love how they write positive messages on the coffee cups. I was having a bad headache and morning but Cynthia, working the drive thru, met me with such kindness and had a small chat with her that left me smiling - going the extra mile does make a difference! 😁💗☕️
