I had gotten a caramel crunch with extra crunch, they forgot the extra crunch and barely added any caramel crunch. Whenever I had asked if they added the extra caramel crunch, she said yes but I watch as she ( a pink short haired lady) told another employee that she had forgotten to put the caramel crunch on. This isn’t a big deal at all but I’m 6 months and just wanted a decaf caramel crunch that I had been craving for months. I cried on the way home, ruined my day.
Best latte I have had in a while. Some starbucks have bitter tasting coffee. This was smooth and made exactly how I wanted.
My daughter order her usual drink online but somehow went wrong, we got there and as soon as she tried/tasted it, knew that it was not the usual, we say this to the guy there (sorry but don’t remember the name) and he was super nice and understanding and made a new one for my daughter. No questions just an exceptional service is what we got!
