When I ordered an Ice chai tea latte, I expect it done right and not in a rush cause employees want to be done faster. As well as I expect quality service for when I tip too.

I’m from out of state visiting family in Lakewood. On my second visit for morning coffee Olivia remembered my name. Another visit or two and she knew my order, including creams and sugar. She is the customer service person every business dreams of having. Thanks Olivia for making coffee away from home feel like home.

Don’t place an order for pickup at the counter. My drink was ready when the app said it was but my food items took 20 minutes and I’m sure it was sitting behind the counter for 5. Once I got the bag it was dripping with spilled coffee.I under stand it’s busy in the morning but it shouldn’t be that unorganized.

The staff is nice enough, but on two separate occasions my order has been forgotten and I've been left standing for ~20 minutes while cars in the drive-thru coast by and people who ordered after me are leaving in droves. The first time I had to go ask and they finally made it. The second time, after the 20-minute mark, I finally went up and asked for a refund and left

Hmm i dont know why the caramel ribbon crunch looks all white its supposed to be brown when I order it every time and the drink wasnt even full for a "venti" size. Hopefully they fix this soon. It tastes plain and no crunch nor caramel drizzle at all.

I got a nitro cold brew when I finally get to the window after 15 mins waiting on one person in front of me. They tried to charge me 20.78 for one drink. You would think after all that time they spent on the one an only person in front of me they would get their only other customers order right but nope.

This is the slowest serving drive thru. What is going on that it takes them so long to make the drinks. They really need better training or more servers. I've been in the drive-thru for about 12 minutes now, and I'm sure I have about 5 more mins till I get to the front. I'm regretting coming here while I'm waiting in line.
