Love Gravity to bits (always get the Hyper Space) but this is now the third occasion that I did not get oat milk in my drink at the Lakewood location. I’ve never had this issue at any other location. Due to not being able to use straws, I cannot taste test to make sure (which I shouldn’t have to do anyway). We get charged each time for the milk alternative, but it’s not always used. I don't understand the concept. The menu has mostly energy drinks from what I can tell. There is a small section with some coffee options....yet they are called a "coffee company".

Good drinks, but they fill a cup to the brim with ice before they fill it with your drink, so you don't really get much. 2 drinks for 15 bucks. Would rather just have a straight redbull for 2 bucks.
