Customers always get a welcome and a good drink, and the employees are hard workers who keep their cool even during busy times. The atmosphere is loved, and the staff are empathetic. For example, one employee tried to concoct a chai that tastes like the classic chai no longer available. Another employee ensured a refund and apologized after a mistake on an order. A venti banana cream protein macha with extra banana was made perfectly with no lumps. Even though a customer had to pay for water, another gave water in a glass for free. The location is in a very busy shopping center with lengthy lines, but customers get through in an acceptable amount of time. The drinks taste great, and the employees do the coffee right.
