The girls or guys at the window are always awesome, but please, for the love, to whomever makes the drinks at this location: stop shorting me on my protein cold foam. It’s expensive, and if you don’t leave enough room in the drink, give it to customers on the side. We pay for it.
I went here today and as I was in line getting ready to order found out that my grandma had passed away. I was inconsolable and very distraught. I apologized and felt silly because obviously if I had known my Grandma had just died I wouldn't have ordered anything. Mackenzie was so gracious and kind and I truly appreciate her and the manager I would assume that paid for my drink and gave my little guy a cake pop. You were a light in one of the darkest times. Very kind and helpful people, sadly when I routinely order a Vanilla latte it comes out as just a regular latte, but I feel bad making them aware that THEIR listening skills were off. This is a great overall location though

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a high volume store that still holds great customer service. Customers always get a welcome and a good drink, and the employees are hard workers who keep their cool even during busy times. The atmosphere is loved, and the staff are empathetic. For example, one employee tried to concoct a chai that tastes like the classic chai no longer available. Another employee ensured a refund and apologized after a mistake on an order. A venti banana cream protein macha with extra banana was made perfectly with no lumps. Even though a customer had to pay for water, another gave water in a glass for free. The location is in a very busy shopping center with lengthy lines, but customers get through in an acceptable amount of time. The drinks taste great, and the employees do the coffee right.
