So they said I had to pay for water wich is crazy yes but I've worked fast food I understand the strict conditions they can't control and I love the atmosphere what really made this a good review is some one gave me water in a glass even though I didnt pay for anything I like how empathetic they really made my day
This Starbucks is amazing due to the fact that they are a high volume store yet still hold great customer service. Every time I have gone here I always get a welcome, good drink, and sometimes someone will even check in on how me and my group is doing. They are hard workers, definitely hard for many to understand if you haven't worked in a high stress place.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Kaysie (hope I spelled that correctly) for trying to concoct a chai that tastes like the classic chai that is no longer available. While she couldn't get the same flavor, she tried. Really appreciate her taking the time. Not so happy with Starbucks for getting rid of the only drink I liked there.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a high volume store that still holds great customer service. Customers always get a welcome and a good drink, and the employees are hard workers who keep their cool even during busy times. The atmosphere is loved, and the staff are empathetic. For example, one employee tried to concoct a chai that tastes like the classic chai no longer available. Another employee ensured a refund and apologized after a mistake on an order. A venti banana cream protein macha with extra banana was made perfectly with no lumps. Even though a customer had to pay for water, another gave water in a glass for free. The location is in a very busy shopping center with lengthy lines, but customers get through in an acceptable amount of time. The drinks taste great, and the employees do the coffee right.
