As I was finishing my drink i noticed a staple stuck to the bottom of the drink. I had my lid on and never left my drink unattended, it could have only come from the store. Could have been exceptionally dangerous if it had become unstuck while I was drinking.

Just went thru drive thru said I wanted the oleato shaken espresso with toffee nut and oatmilk. Had to repeate three times. Get it and I don't think it's oatmilk and no toffee nut. The label says gr oleato shaken espresso. So it is not what I ordered and now my stomach is gonna be all messed up because I needed oatmilk not regular. Ugh!

I was a walk in customer early afternoon on a Sunday. Very dirty. Trash all over the floor dirty tables. The crew is extremely loud, talking, laughing ,music playing like it's a party . My order was rang up correctly yet prepared incorrectly twice . I didn't dare ask for them to make it again. love Starbucks! But I'm sorry singing at the top of your lungs to Arianna grande while ruining my morning coffee getaway. It's a NO for me.
More flies then staff. The guy kept saying names and walking away. The people walking up were not even sure what was theirs. Then the names were a mess. Store was dirty. Wow.
