While they are usually an ok place, yesterday, they were TOTALLY understaffed. I joined the line with 6 people ahead of me. There were 2 women working. By the time I was the next customer (18 minutes later), one of the women decided to clock out for lunch- with 11 people in line behind me!
That kind of behaviour is utterly inexcusable. I will NEVER go back there.
Yes, my latte was tasty- but, their policies are disgusting.
