Would give them a zero. I have come here multiple times due to it being convenient. Every time I come the service is fine but the drinks take too long. They have messed my drink up multiple times due to not writing things down . My last visit they decided to start restocking while being behind 4-5 drinks. as a former employee i've been on both sides of this starbucks. we were not treated very well by the fredmeyers (eg. frequently harassed by other employees, entirely unrealistic expectations, terrible communication, etc) i was actually left to close by myself for 2 hours after less then a week of training and no closing training. we were also expected to be out in 15 minutes after close. the place is so unsanitary and half the time things don't get cleaned, there's constantly...read full review

The 2 kids behind the counter were to busy playing around then making coffee. Waited 15min with no one in the lobby either. Still no coffee worst Starbucks to come to defiantly just got 100 ft to the Bigfoot
