The coffee was fine and overall this seems like a nice location. The baristas are very friendly for the most part. Unfortunately, the (probably) manager (a red-head whose name I didn't catch) seems like she treats the baristas pretty harshly. I couldn't help but overhear some conversations while I was sitting in the lobby and I definitely noticed some pretty unprofessional behavior in regard to tone and attitude.
