They know my name by my drive thru order! And mobile order is always ready to go, even when I enter it in the parking lot.
I went here before getting my haircut in the same parking lot because the shop didn't open yet. To my surprise this was the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Walking in I was greeted by the barista working the food case and she was really nice and prepped my food before I even paid for it. The next barista at the cash register was just as nice! Dragging ass in the afternoon and needed a grande black coffee. It’s consistent with every other Starbucks. You know what you’re getting.
Only one star for atmosphere because…damn, Sea-Tac Mall, you got depressing and sad. This place is definitely on its last legs. Sad for me, because, as a teenager of the 80s, I have some awesome memories of this place. I recognize nothing anymore. 😞
