Jernest is the best barista there. He is so kind and sweet and always makes my drink correctly. He asks how I’m doing and says hi even when I’m not getting a drink during my Target trip. I ALWAYS try to go when I see him working because he is just my favorite. He definitely deserves a raise.
Lots of Carmel no whip and extra crunch please . They remember me and know my drink very nice staff and super friendly and they seem to really like their jobs ND have great attitudes and always smiling. Thumbs up keep it up Starbucks

Jernest is hands down the best barista I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly kind, always polite, and never without a smile on his face. No matter how busy it gets, he stays calm, friendly, and keeps a great attitude. On top of all that, he makes my coffee perfectly every single time. People like Jernest make a huge difference in your day — he absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise!). Thank you, Jernest!
