Shout-out to Jernest – the BEST Barista Ever!
Jernest is hands down the best barista I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly kind, always polite, and never without a smile on his face. No matter how busy it gets, he stays calm, friendly, and keeps a great attitude. On top of all that, he makes my coffee perfectly every single time. People like Jernest make a huge difference in your day — he absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise!). Thank you, Jernest!

Jernest is the best barista there. He is so kind and sweet and always makes my drink correctly. He asks how I’m doing and says hi even when I’m not getting a drink during my Target trip. I ALWAYS try to go when I see him working because he is just my favorite. He definitely deserves a raise.

Only one star for atmosphere because…damn, Sea-Tac Mall, you got depressing and sad. This place is definitely on its last legs. Sad for me, because, as a teenager of the 80s, I have some awesome memories of this place. I recognize nothing anymore. 😞
