You would assume that service would be super fast since there's no customization of the burgers, but alas. Customer service could be much faster. I will say that the dlx is quite satisfying for a simple sandwich. That hot fudge sundae, though, hit the spot. I'll be back.
Ordering and receiving the food was very expeditious. The food was consistent with previous visits to Dick’s Drive In. The milkshake was done well. Obviously not a gourmet meal but a great classic burger. The place was clean, staff was friendly, food served quickly. A great experience.
