Overrated! The fries tasted weird...like stale not fresh...
Unfortunately does not hold a candle to the Seattle locations.I’ve been here a few times, but this last time was the first time I had really bad burgers on top of the always soggy fries this place puts out. And this last batch of fries… they were borderline undercooked, and tasted/appeared like delivery vehicles for their fry oil, not actual fries. One burger was undercooked, one burger was overcooked, and there was close to no sauce on either. It’s just not the kind of consistency you’d expect from such a well-regarded franchise.On top of all of this, the front end staff are seemingly in a bad mood, have an attitude, or have their glasses halfway down their face and are hard to take seriously. The people in the back seem to be upbeat though! Security is always posted up outside, which is never a good sign (however, I’m glad they are there).All in all, just very weird vibes here and very subpar food. If you’re this far south from Seattle, do the extra drive to Frisko Freeze. Or, wait until you’re back in Seattle.

The burgers are a decent price and tasted good. It's all made quickly and served quickly. The workers are trying to do their best, but make sure you check to see if they gave you everything. The fries were ok, I wish they had more seasoning. The milkshakes taste good, but I wish they were a little bigger. Summarizing this experience, I think it's a great place to get quick burgers for a good price.
