I stopped by here while my fiance was at a near by baby shower, I will now find excuses to come go out there from Everett just to eat the quesa-birria. Perfect balance of flavor and comfortable to eat in your car. I cant wait to come back to try the pizza-birria. Great staff as well. 5 stars baby!
Have been seeing this truck in a gas station parking lot for several weeks. Stopped in yesterday and ordered Birria tacos with cheese and the consomme. The tacos were delicious and the broth was thick and meaty with great flavor. Service was quick and efficient. The only downside was the location being in a gas station parking lot. I will definitely return and bring my friends and family.

Always lovely food, wonderful service, and it's really quick and easy. They operate out of a trailer, you walk up where the menu is posted on the side, order and pay. They're open late and I love driving to get some good tacos and horchata when I can. The people are always nice and kind! Seriously, try it, I love their tacos.
