I love Mexican food, and yes, many of the food trucks I'll go to are never disappointing. But for this specific one, I was very disappointed. The girls were such snobs, and my food was completely dry. The tacos had no flavor. The burrito was so dry, filled with rice but barely beans and meat. My son's (1yr old) chicken nugget and fries were so burnt out that it wasn't edible at ALL. DO BETTER!!

You tell them asada burrito no beans & what do get ? Beans in your burrito & no rice . Asked for 4 grilled jalapeño & what do you get 2 and bunch of onions. Definitely check your food before leaving & make sure they understand when you tell something ! The girl taking my order nodded & okay'd me but got it wrong ! Highly disappointed won't be returning. This is the second time they got my order wrong

Always lovely food, wonderful service, and it's really quick and easy. They operate out of a trailer, you walk up where the menu is posted on the side, order and pay. They're open late and I love driving to get some good tacos and horchata when I can. The people are always nice and kind! Seriously, try it, I love their tacos.

I stopped by here while my fiance was at a near by baby shower, I will now find excuses to come go out there from Everett just to eat the quesa-birria. Perfect balance of flavor and comfortable to eat in your car. I cant wait to come back to try the pizza-birria. Great staff as well. 5 stars baby!

Have been seeing this truck in a gas station parking lot for several weeks. Stopped in yesterday and ordered Birria tacos with cheese and the consomme. The tacos were delicious and the broth was thick and meaty with great flavor. Service was quick and efficient. The only downside was the location being in a gas station parking lot. I will definitely return and bring my friends and family.
This place was really good . I got three birria tacos , consommé and some carne asada fries . The birria tacos are big , two could have been enough . Consommé was perfect . Carne asada fries looked plentiful. Guacamole was a little salty but still very good . My total was 31$

This place is overpriced for a taco truck, but DAMN it's good. The ambiance is that of a food truck buzzing with business. The ladies work together in perfect harmony. I love the birria, cabeza, cachete and asada tacos. They are all super authentic and hold up well even with a 15-minute ride home and served with pickled veggies, cilantro, onion and radish. If you're looking for solid tacos, this is your place. Look no further.

I only chose 4 stars because in my opinion all the meats are too salty. I've ordered Adobada Tripe and Asada and so far top salty for my taste but thus far the salsa is good and so are the rest if the ingredients.
