“This is a great place for sweets. You place your order through the kiosk and pay with a card.

There are usually a couple of employee who works there and they’re so busy - no one greets you.

Some of the cookies are pretty good and some are so-so. Lots of cream and sugar.“

“We are extremely happy with our wedding cake from here. Before going to this shop, we visited and researched many other cake places and we were very disappointed by the prices. Other places charged a hefty price for a tiny cake. This place charged a very fair price for our cake, and it was big too! They provided us a photo album of cakes they’ve done so that we could choose what we wanted, and they were able to accommodate the colors and flavors I chose. They also provided delivery and setup. We were shocked at how beautiful it was when we saw it at our venue! We were also amazed at how delicious it was. My family ate the leftover cake for days, and there was none wasted!“

“Customer service is 6 out 5 stars (it's that great) very kind ppl work at this place. Meat is pretty fresh, a little more expensive than other places, but it's worth. They have sweet bread, fresh produce, spices and some alcoholic drinks as well, not mention that they sell delicious tamales and some ready to eat food. Love it!!“

“Locally owned by a Chinese couple for many years. In my opinion they sell the best fried rice and pork buns in the state. The buns are always fresh and warm and so delicious. I've had fried rice from easily a hundred different restaurants in both the USA and Japan and their fried rice is still one of my faves. Good ratio of rice to other ingredients, generous amount of meat, and not too oily.“

“Affordable, fresh, and delicious bread/cakes/drinks. Plenty of cake selections and flavors, plenty of pastries to choose from, caffeinated drinks and non-caffeinated drinks are in the menu as well. You can order drinks at the kiosk to skip the line. There are a few tables inside the cafe to wait for your order or to just hang out. I love their Vietnamese coffee!!! It’s the only reason I go here. I try to go when I work bc it’s literally down the street! Highly recommended when you happen to be in Federal Way!“

They offer more besides cakes including brownies and chocolate chip cookies, and plenty of fun and delicious energy drinks and coffees. The cake slices are massive. “If you’re a spooky guy or gal like me who wants a fabulous design for your wedding/event cake, the Wanna Cupcake team has GOT you! I didn’t find many review photos of full size cakes in my research, so I was worried my ask was too tall, but man did this shop deliver! They totally nailed the inspiration photo I sent, it came out identical to my vision. We ordered a 6 inch cutting cake and enough cupcakes for 1.5 per guest, and they were a huge hit! It was also a huge relief to have the delivery and setup option for our wedding day; Hannah delivered our cakes at the perfect temp for our outdoor event, and even helped our coordinator set and design the cake table! My husband and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how our cake turned out for our special day. Massive THANK YOU to Karie, Hannah, and Jennavieve for maintaining timely communication with us throughout the year, you all made this such an easy and fun process! “Today I had the pleasure of trying Connie's Donuts, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! We indulged in a dozen and a half assorted donuts, and they were nothing short of delicious. The highlight for me was the chocolate twist—absolutely heavenly! The icing was perfectly balanced, and the donut itself was cooked to perfection; nice and fluffy on the inside. So pre-order if you want the croissants. My 13 minute wait one time was over 30 minutes, not sure if I had been forgotten or what happened, but was offered a drink for wait.“

The mall is small and the place is on a corner so we almost missed this gem. Amira took care of us, she was very welcoming, from the moment we entered the place we wanted to stay.
