Emish Market Reviews
Rib Eye steak I bought when they were at Point Ruston farmers market building was expensive and very low quality flavor. I can see why they didn’t last there
We went specifically for the bakery after seeing them on social media. The Dubai chocolate bar was $20 or $25 and did not taste good at all, so bad that we took one bite and threw it away. Overall we spent $80 and were disappointed with the flavor of every item. The bakery staff were unfriendly on our visit as well.
As much as I love the food and desserts. The customer service is horrible when calling. They pick up the phone and then hang up on you when you ask them a question. Then when I call back they pick up the phone and set it on the table without saying anything.

Emish Market is a beloved destination for foodies and locals alike, offering a unique shopping experience with a definite European flair. This charming spot features a wide range of delights, including organic groceries, fresh breads, and a variety of tasty baked goods. The bakery is particularly praised for its fresh sourdough bread baked daily using traditional methods, ensuring the perfect texture and authentic flavor every time. The deli counter has an impressive selection, including perogies made with traditional Ukrainian recipes and fresh fillings that remind customers of home.
The market also offers freshly made or ready-to-go meals, sandwiches, and delicious pastries, making it a popular spot for takeout. The meat and produce departments are clean and well-stocked, with great produce available at an insanely reasonable price. Customers particularly enjoy the sandwiches and croissants, often mentioning that they haven't had better elsewhere. The prepared food section provides quick dinner solutions with different dumplings, stuffed pastries, gyros, and shawarma, satisfying a variety of tastes. An unexpected but pleasant surprise is the availability of quality sushi, which shows the market’s commitment to taking all food seriously. The convenience of grab-and-go meals allows for quick, tasty, and authentic options without sacrificing quality, especially helpful during busy weeknights.
The staff is welcoming and friendly, providing excellent customer service and expertise about the products, which helps create a positive shopping environment.
