It's ALWAYS a treat to eat fish and chips from this fish truck! They are in four different Pierce County locations Tuesday-Friday 11:00 am -- 2:00 pm Tuesday -- Milton; Wednesday -- Sterino Farms (Puyallup); Thursday -- Edgewood; and Friday in Sumner. I try to schedule appointments in Puyallup on Wednesday so I can have an excuse to swing by Sterino Farms to shop for fresh produce and eat fish & chips! Some of the best shrimp I've ever had, cooked perfectly. Generous portions, really good lemonade as well. Staff are really friendly too. Looking forward to trying the fish next.5 stars easy

The food is simply amazing. I was fortunate enough to sample several items and loved everything. The batter was light and fluffy, fish fresh, and the homemade dipping sauces so good. I could eat this everyday! unfortunately I live in Portland, but, will be back soon. The service is friendly and fun. I can't wait to come back.
