I would tell you that the peanut butter cookies are the best I've had anywhere, and even better when eaten in big, crisp, buttery chunks alongside Haagen-Dazs vanilla bean ice cream; or that the blueberry lemon curd scones fill up the room with a divine scent after a few minutes in the convection oven. High Quality, locally made baked goods infused with "spent grain" from local craft breweries. When you make beer from sweet malted grain, you end up with leftover grain that has most of the sugar removed, but is full of nutrition and flavor.
