Equal opportunity finally. Black people are no longer singled out, everybody now gets crappy customer service. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Last year, Starbucks charged $1.40 for the bagel and 40 cents for the cream cheese. The sign said $1.50 for the bagel, and was silent about cream cheese. But the order rang up for $2.75 ($2.50 plus tax), and I asked why it was so high. The barista said it was $1.75 for the bagel and 75 cents for the cream cheese.
