I would recommend making a restaurant here in Las Vegas. Genki is a staple back home in Hawaii, and no sushi place here is up to par. I feel like you folks will make a lot of money, especially because of the amount of locals here.
Love that there was a genki sushi here in Washington as we are new here from Hawaii. It was a bit of a drive as we are not used to long distance but we made it here! My kids loved it and was looking forward to it. The food was great and service was amazing!
