“Stopped by Zain Restaurant & Bakery Cafe for dinner and was genuinely impressed with both the food and the bakery. I ordered a mixed grill platter, and everything came out fresh, tender, and full of flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the warm, freshly baked bread was easily one of the highlights of the meal. We couldn't leave without trying a few pastries, and they were light, flaky, and just the right amount of sweet. The staff were incredibly welcoming and happy to answer questions about the menu, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and perfect for enjoying a meal without feeling rushed. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu and pick up a few more baked treats.“

“Wholesale bakery makes the best garlic crostini ever! We crush them up as bread crumbs and top whitefish with them. We also put them in our salada and use them as intended and top with bruschetta! So good. Wish we knew what else they make and where to find it!“

There are usually a couple of employee who works there and they’re so busy - no one greets you.

The owner has a huge temper. There were times he refused to come out of the office and talk to customers Last I knew it's illegal to fire some one for diagnosed mental health issues. “I got the Mac n Cheese and Shepherd’s Pie. They were delicious! They were WAY smaller than expected. I bought two thinking I’d have leftovers, but that wasn’t the case. Too small for the price in my opinion. I think they were also prepared in advance because I’d ordered it two minutes before and I was immediately given them once I arrived, and they weren’t very warm. However, I reheated in the oven and they were tasty.“

“Always tasty and easy to go through drive thru. Croissants are a hard wait if you don't get there when made and can be a very long wait which can be disappointing if that's all I want. So pre-order if you want the croissants. My 13 minute wait one time was over 30 minutes, not sure if I had been forgotten or what happened, but was offered a drink for wait.“

“Quaint little eclectic shop serving donuts and Korean food. The yeast donuts are really fluffy and the donuts and donut holes are priced well! The filled donuts are near bursting with filling! They do not skimp! My husband really enjoyed the kolache pig in a blanket and said the pastry part was fluffy like the donut rather than flaky like a croissant.

You know it's a good donut shop when you're only there for a few minutes and the other customers who came, ordered their usual, and then left during that time were both police officers 🤣 I kid you not, it legit happened, and they didn't even come in together-it was separate instances!

Anyway, it was a great donut shop. The donut holes came out fresh while we were there, and they were spectacular! Just as an aside, there's a picture on Google maps of japchae which had me really excited, but they do not serve japchae (I asked). I'm guessing someone uploaded a picture from the wrong place when leaving a review. Just mentioning it, so you don't get your hopes up like I did. 😅“

“This place is easily one of our favorite Vietnamese bakeries in Seattle. The bánh mì bread here is the best we’ve had in the city—light and airy on the inside, slightly chewy, and perfectly crispy on the outside, just like what you’d find in Vietnam. The fillings are solid and well-balanced, letting the bread really shine.

We also tried the pâté choux, a classic Vietnamese pastry, and honestly… it tasted even better than what we’ve had back in Vietnam. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully made. Overall, this is a great spot, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more.“

The pull apart had a slight crackle of orange sugar before you sunk into the softest most delicious pastry ice eaten in a long time. The pithivier was buttery, flaky, with an ever so lightly salted crust and sausage mushroom ummami. All of that and a fantastic coffee latte. I'm going to have the best day.“

“Ive come here a few times and every single time it was such a positive experience! The baristas are so nice and even after not coming for (at least) a month- I was still recognized! Next level customer service for sure and dont even get me started on the drink quality! Before I’ve always gotten their chai (9/10) but today tried their “Dream” latte and I would have never guessed it was this good— The caramel on top is REAL caramel rather than just artificial stuff and it was the perfect level of sweetness while still tasting the coffee!“
