About Fresh Flours West Seattle

Fresh Flours West Seattle is a bakery-turned-coffee-place that offers a unique experience. With an open kitchen, they make their pastries in-house, using high-quality ingredients. Their baked goods, such as the blueberry muffin, green tea muffin, matcha muffin, and pecan currant croissant, are freshly made and available for purchase. Customers often comment on the great baked goods and the delicious pastries, which are the real highlight. The inside has limited seating, including small square seats at the front, which may not be very comfortable, but the bright service and fast line make up for it. The atmosphere inside allows visitors to see the baking area and smell everything baking, adding to the experience. While the coffee is generally good, the bakery selection is what really stands out. Prices are around $5 per pastry, making it a bit of an investment, but the freshness and quality make it worth it. The patio is a nice spot to relax during the summer months.

The pull apart had a slight crackle of orange sugar before you sunk into the softest most delicious pastry ice eaten in a long time. The pithivier was buttery, flaky, with an ever so lightly salted crust and sausage mushroom ummami. All of that and a fantastic coffee latte. I'm going to have the best day.
Small inside, but a lovely patio behind. My daughter and I went at about 9:30am. They had everything but chocolate croissants. I got a savory mushroom sausage tart sort of thing, kind of a UK inspired hand pie. It was delicious. My daughter got the kourgan-amann (sp is def wrong). We picked up a bunch of pastries for our family at our Airbnb. My daughter got a London fog and I got an iced blackberry honey latte. We spent about an hour and change out on the patio while I worked...read full review
