“Le Parisian Cochon was exceptionally good, and the Mademoiselle Yuzu was out of this world. This is the kind of place you want to come back regularly. Service is fast and cordial, and coffee is good!
Don’t forget to take some pastry or bread to go! They make the baguettes fit their sandwiches in house and fresh, and it’s as authentic if a baguette as you can find.“

“Husband and I stopped in for lunch while exploring pikes place market and Three Girls was a pleasant surprise to stumble upon. We sat at the tucked away bar and each ordered a hotel sandwich - the Lou Loaf for him and The Pike Girl for me. Both were AMAZING! This place is small and unassuming, but if you’re looking for a delicious sandwich and bakery - this is the spot!“

“Today my family had the BEST pastries ever at this sweet little West Seattle neighborhood bakery!! “Honestly, all of the options I've had are great. I tend to avoid the spicier options, because those do have a good kick to them, but they were still tasty. The beef curry is my default and I get it every time, but I also really enjoy the coconut curry when it's available. I also got the sweet buns once and did not regret it at all. Go on a Tuesday for their customer appreciation day and get a bunch of them for half off - I eat them for lunch the next few days and while they aren't going to be crispy on the outside, they still reheat well in the microwave.“

“Tried this pastry found on Google.
At the corner of a street, you enter one of those very common Californian style bakery ( similar to tartine decor), with only few staff members. Service is far from amazing but
their Rye pain au chocolat is amazing, the texture, taste look is great! One of the best in the Seattle area!
Was somehow disappointed by the bread but will definitely come back for their Rye Pain au Chocolat!“

“Fuji bakery's strawberry shortcake is my favourite dessert in the WORLD so my husband and I ordered it for our wedding two weeks ago as a cutting cake. Susien was so wonderful and gave me so much good advice as I tried to decide what size cake I wanted and how I wanted it to look. The final cake was gorgeous and delicious and the perfect wedding cake for“

“insanity!! their coffee is so good and I highly recommend the miso caramel syrup, it is such a unique flavor. In terms of food, the cookies are divine with coffee and pro tip if you're craving something fresh and flavorful....get the rice bowl but sub rice for a cabbage salad base!! The flavors are insane, everything is so fresh, and it's perfect for a warm summer day! The lines may be long but don't let it deter you bc it's so worth it!“

“The chocolate cake is so delicious...and available by the slice. My usual purchase is a slice of leek and gruyere quiche, or quiche Lorraine, but you need to get to the bakery early as the quiches sell out quickly. The hot coffee mocha is mighty fine, too.“

“Although finding parking is a bit of a challenge, this place did not disappoint. I chose a variety of items to try, the regular croissant, the chocolate hazelnut croissant, the pan au chocolat, and the Kouign amann. Each and everyone of them was amazing. Perfectly flaky and soft all at the same time, the flavors out of this world.“

“My absolute favorite bakery in Seattle, perhaps in the world (so far!), with croissants that easily rival if not best my favorite bakeries in Montreal and France. I first visited Sea Wolf before moving to Seattle, but it definitely helped seal the deal to move here. All of their croissants are stellar, ranging from the simple classics (top-tier plain croissant with beautiful lamination and a gorgeous flaky crust, as well as a delicious chocolate croissant made with rich, dark chocolate batons) to delicious, fun, and unique seasonal combos. You can’t go wrong with a classic, particularly their kouign amann, which has the perfect level of flakiness and layering and is coated with a gorgeous syrupy crust. However, I especially love their rotating seasonal menu; every time I visit, I always get one of their savory seasonal croissants and one of their sweet.
Their most classic spring seasonal set is an asparagus and ricotta savory croissant and rhubarb crumble sweet croissant. I adore the savory croissant, with perfectly tender and fresh asparagus atop a bed of rich, creamy ricotta and perfectly flaky, buttery croissant dough. It pairs wonderfully with some of their plain options or other seasonal savories (like their focaccia), and/or a good coffee. The sweet option is equally delicious, and I love the pop of tartness from the rhubarb, the creaminess of the light, lemony cream underneath, and the slight crunch from the crumble that perfectly complements the different type of crunch from the extra flaky croissant.
Even though the spring menu forever has a special place in my heart, the rest of the year also has amazing seasonal items, like their winter roasted mushroom savory croissant. I can’t wait to go back and try the full spread!“

“What a jewel of a place. Angel’s desserts are delicious creations worthy of the best French pastry shops, prepared with an enthusiasm for the work that I have rarely seen anywhere. Latte was excellent, almond croissant was the best in town so far. If you care about great (not just good) pastries, a real sense of place, and want to support a local business, this is the one. Can’t wait to take delivery of our bûche de Noël.“

“A must try when in Seattle! Incredible vegan savory and sweet options - we are obsessed with the vegan beef and cheese piroshki, and potato rosemary, but there are so many! They have the best sticky bun ever too. Our son loved the non vegan ones too! One of the best places in Seattle!“

“This cafe has unique seasonal flavors of your classic coffee drinks and bakery pastries. There’s ample space in the air conditioned upstairs or in open air seating outside. I enjoyed a Cardamom Rose Iced Late and chocolate croissant. The single all gender restroom was clean, well stocked, accessible, and had a changing table.“

“Hello, I was here on Feb 4 around 9:30-10am. Just wanted to say that the service was really nice. They were willing to remake my drinks when I forgot to say I wanted them iced and I also spilled one of my drinks and they were quick to help me. Safe to say, I was having a pretty bad morning but the two people working the bar were so helpful. My social anxiety was through the roof but they remained really kind the entire time which made me feel a lot better about my mess ups. Thank you guys! Will continue to be a regular costumer.“

“We ordered a vegan raspberry vanilla 6-inch cake for my fiancé’s birthday, and it was a total hit. Vegan cakes can be hit or miss, but this one was both delicious and beautifully made.
The owner was very responsive, and arranging everything was easy from start to finish, starting with instructions on the website. There was no issue at all with a Friday morning pickup for a Monday order (which I thought might be too quick a pickup turnaround, but she said anything over 48 hours notice works), and pickup itself was smooth and simple. Would absolutely order again.“

“Incredible baked goods. Perfect textures, perfect flavors, subtle sweetness. Had an oversized peanut butter cookie that was confusingly perfect. A bake shop in more upscale places of the city could charge double for these goods and have a line out the door. Hard to even choose what to get!“

“Best coffee I have had in Seattle hands down.“
“I had jury duty and how wonderfully convenient that Pan de La Selva is one block from the Municipal Court. The Seattle Times just did an article about how amazing they are and how they are also “hidden in plain sight” which is 100% accurate. They’re located on the corner of Cherry & 4th in what appears to be a tiny glass box. Don’t be fooled, there’s tons of space if you open the door and go in!!
I loved the vibe inside, colorful, playful and inviting. The baked goods are absolutely divine and very unique enveloping flavors of Mexico, Central, and Latin America. I was in a hurry or else I would have ordered more but will certainly be back when I have more time. Also, the ladies who own this space are amazing and so kind. Don’t sleep on this bakery, treat yourself!“

“This place is easily one of our favorite Vietnamese bakeries in Seattle. The bánh mì bread here is the best we’ve had in the city—light and airy on the inside, slightly chewy, and perfectly crispy on the outside, just like what you’d find in Vietnam. The fillings are solid and well-balanced, letting the bread really shine.
We also tried the pâté choux, a classic Vietnamese pastry, and honestly… it tasted even better than what we’ve had back in Vietnam. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully made. Overall, this is a great spot, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more.“
