Fuji bakery's strawberry shortcake is my favourite dessert in the WORLD so my husband and I ordered it for our wedding two weeks ago as a cutting cake. Susien was so wonderful and gave me so much good advice as I tried to decide what size cake I wanted and how I wanted it to look. Fuji Bakery has an incredible selection of baked goods—truly mind-blowing variety and quality. If you get the chance, you have to try their Pavlova dessert. It is out of this world! Word of advice, though: move fast because it's so good that other fans (I swear the Russian-speaking crowd practically cleaned out the entire tray right before I got to the front) know how special it is and snap them up instantly.
