Fuji bakery's strawberry shortcake is my favourite dessert in the WORLD so my husband and I ordered it for our wedding two weeks ago as a cutting cake. Susien was so wonderful and gave me so much good advice as I tried to decide what size cake I wanted and how I wanted it to look. Wow! I had heard this was a really great bakery, but everything from the flavors, freshness, and staff are above and beyond. I’ve already been back! The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. There’s so much to choose from and everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. If you haven’t stopped by yet, I highly recommend doing so as soon as possible! You won’t be disappointed.
