“This coffee shop is located off of the main NW Market St. The store says that they have German and Chinese influences.

Tried the Shanghai fog - don’t think it has any caffeine in it but was delicious. It’s not overly sweet and had a soft creamy taste. Definitely one of the more successful variations on the London Fog

Lines can get pretty long on weekends and I think that’s mainly due to the fact that there is only one person at the cashier and the staff didn’t seem to be in any rush to get through the line. Worth a short wait if you’re in the neighborhood~“

“Gotta give it five stars for being such a solid vegan lunch option in this neighborhood which is otherwise lacking. Really great chickpea sandwich and Americano. Also love that they sell fresh bread! The chocolate buckwheat cookie is perfect for those of us who like sweets on the more salty side.

A bit pricey but good portions. I only ate half of my sandwich and saved the rest for later.

I have to add though that it looks like they no longer have beer and wine which I was disappointed to learn! If they were open until like 8 or 9 and I could get a glass of wine in the evening I would legit come here like 3-4x a week“

The staff was super friendly and helpful teaching me a couple games and and playing some rounds with me. They also have “missing pieces” you can earn by learning and playing games. I have to go back next week to get my last “piece” Definitely worth a visit.“

“I drove an hour to check out the market with the goal of trying out the espresso, since Seattle is known for the coffee. I was concerned because I've been recommended to places that were horrible. This place not only didn't disappoint, the espresso was AMAZING! Got a latte and it was creamy and perfectly pulled shot with lots of crema and not wasted in the shot glasses, but straight in the cup! I hate crowds and finding parking, but this place is worth it!“

“My go-to for a hot or iced chai when I need a little treat. For a few busy months, this was my choice for my breakfast as well and I really appreciated when they introduced their Hot To Go sandwiches.

“We absolutely LOVE the Seattle Meowtropolitan!! My 8 year old and I have been visiting regularly for more than a year now and we‘ve bonded with all the amazing kitties! Everyone who works and volunteers here is so kind as well. The kitty-themed drinks and kitty macaroons are all delicious too! And the cat-inspired decorations—even in the restrooms—are wonderful! It’s a kitty paradise for all the cats and humans who visit. :) We highly recommend everyone who loves cats visits this magical place!“

The property itself might not be the coziest cafe, a little industrial, but they've made the most with it, with lots of plants, books and nice music

“This place is a gem! My friend and I stopped here to grab a bottle of wine, and ended up getting some cider and snacks. They have a great selection of natural wines from all over and reasonably priced. They also have a great selection of local ciders. The staff person working there was very friendly and helpful -- happy to provide suggestions and share knowledge. The food was also quite good. Highly recommend the gluten-free brownie!“

“I like to come here for a late lunch sometimes. Love to sit in the corner window and people watch. Yummy traditional Norwegian/Scandinavian style menu. Love the rye bread, boiled egg plate, Jarlsberg grilled cheese, asparagus soup, and the shrimp salad. Nice casual place to watch tucked into the entrance of the museum. Bonus you can pop into the gift shop which has a lot of unique goodies and sweets.“
